The mold investigation outcomes are communicated to you onsite, as well as in a comprehensive written report with photos. The collection of mold samples and submission to a certified AIHA laboratory is conduct only with your authorization. In many cases, mold sampling may not warranted; watch out for companies that try to up sell you on testing that is not really needed. These companies often offer free or low ball pricing up front, then try and scare you into buying unwarranted mold testing at very high prices.

We conduct mold investigation and testing only. It is a conflict of interest, as well as a code of ethics violation for mold inspectors to bid on remediation or repairs related to mold. There are currently no regulations of the mold industry in California that will help prevent unqualified and less than honest companies from your doorstep.
